Dans ma pratique, mon objectif est dâĂ©viter au maximum de donner des plantes ou des complĂ©ments. J’aide le client Ă retrouver son Ă©quilibre naturellement. En effet, tout le monde Ă©prouve un jour ou lâautre de lâanxiĂ©tĂ©. Ressentir un peu dâanxiĂ©tĂ© est tout Ă fait normal. NĂ©anmoins, il est important dâen tenir compte avant que cela devienne des troubles anxieux (dont 16 % des QuĂ©bĂ©cois prĂ©sentent les symptĂŽmes).
3 techniques imparables pour relaxer
Respirer uniquement avec la narine gauche
Cette respiration est utilisĂ©e en yoga pour se relaxer. Respirer par la narine gauche active les terminaisons nerveuses de cette zone, ce qui se rapporte au calme et Ă la dĂ©tente. La respiration dans cette narine est associĂ©e Ă l’Ă©nergie de la lune, l’Ă©nergie fĂ©minine, le yin et la fraĂźcheur.
Pour pratiquer cette respiration (pranayama) :
- Installez-vous confortablement assis, idéalement les jambes en tailleur,
- Bouchez votre narine droite avec votre pouce droit, gardez vos autres doigts tendus,
- Posez votre main gauche sur votre genou gauche dans Gyan Mudra (la pointe du pouce et de l’index se touchent),
- Fermez vos yeux et portez votre attention vers lâintĂ©rieur de votre narine pour sentir lâair passer,
- Réaliser des respirations longues et profondes uniquement par cette narine pendant 3 à 5 minutes.
Prendre un bain au sel d’Epsom
Si vous bĂ©nĂ©ficiez dâune baignoire, en profitez-vous assez? Quand vous vous vivez une pĂ©riode de stress, prendre un bain est un acte thĂ©rapeutique que vous vous offrez. Vous pouvez ensuite en bonifier les effets avec des minĂ©raux ou des huiles essentielles spĂ©cifiques. Le sel d’Epsom, ou du sulfate de magnĂ©sium, est facilement absorbĂ© par la peau. Souvent appelĂ© le « minĂ©ral de relaxation », le magnĂ©sium apaise pour le systĂšme nerveux sympathique.
Ajoutez deux tasses de sel d’Epsom Ă l’eau du bain et laissez-vous baigner pendant au moins 20 minutes. Je vous recommande dâajouter au sel une dizaine de gouttes dâhuile essentielle de Lavandula Angustifolia pour apporter encore plus de relaxation Ă votre bain.
Pratiquer la posture de lâenfant

Pour entrer dans la posture :
- Mettez-vous à genoux avec les fesses qui reposent sur les talons et les genoux écartés au niveau des hanches,
- En expirant, baissez le torse entre les cuisses, les bras en l’arriĂšre sur le sol, paumes vers le haut, ou bien les bras en avant les paumes vers le bas.
Pour profiter pleinement de ce moment, respirez lentement et profondément dans le ventre et dans le dos pendant plusieurs minutes.
Avec ces 3 techniques, vous serez en mesure de contrĂŽler les angoisses et les moments de stress avant quâils ne deviennent trop frĂ©quents. Elles vous donneront la possibilitĂ© dâobserver ce quâil se passe Ă lâintĂ©rieur de vous-mĂȘme. Je vous propose aussi cet exercice lors dâun rééquilibrage Ă©nergĂ©tique.
